We strongly recommend that you save your images to your local device and maintain additional backups (e.g., on a pen drive or CD) to ensure their long-term safety. Resending images requires considerable time and effort, as the files must be cropped, converted to a standard JPEG format, compressed, and re-uploaded. Due to the work involved, we are able to resend your images only once in the event that they are lost. If this is your second request for image retrieval, a processing fee of ₹3,000 per transmission will apply. Please be aware that our data retention period is limited to 90 days.
