Request for a New Link for Photographs

- We only store data for 90 days in our systems following which the data is archived to an off-site location.
- It takes a significant amount of time & effort to resend the images to be sent to you. The images have to be cropped, converted to a universal JPEG format, compressed, and then re-uploaded.
- Given the effort and time involved, we are only able to send you the images once again in the event you lose the images.
- We recommend that you store the images on your local devices and also back them up up on a pen drive or CD.
- If this is your 2nd request to resend the images, a charge of Rs. 1000 per transmission will be applicable.
- Our liability to store the data is only 90 days from the date of the shoot. If you are requesting this data post 90 days from your shoot date, there are chances we may not have your data stored in our systems anymore
